Brandon Lyman came to us all the way from Durango, Colorado. He brings a fantastic culinary palette, great energy and excitement into the kitchen while putting an interesting and unique twist on the dishes coming out to our customers. He received his culinary background from various creative, high quality restaurants where he served in Colorado. One thing he loves about working at Ad Astra is the freedom to create and introduce great foods . . . in a different way to our guests.
Erica Tanner - General Manager
One of our Star Employees is Erica. Even with juggling multiple responsibilities outside of the restaurant she dedicates so much time and energy to Ad Astra. She has recently been promoted to General Manager because of her positive energy and continually going above and beyond to make Ad Astra guests have the best dining experience possible.
